Rolling one with 4 is very rare

The most obvious are rings, amulets, and gloves, since the D3V versions have the same values on trifecta stats,

 and they can have more primary stats than RoS items. Most Rares in RoS have just 2 or 3 primary stats. Rolling one with 4 is very rare, and I’ve seen just a handful of Rares with 5 primary stats, and usually that was a lie/bug as one of the stats listed as Primary wouldn’t allow other primary stats to swap for it via Enchanting.
