 and they can have more primary stats than RoS items. Most Rares in RoS have just 2 or 3 primary stats. Rolling one with 4 is very rare, and I’ve seen just a handful of Rares with 5 primary stats, and usually that was a lie/bug as one of the stats listed as Primary wouldn’t allow other primary stats to swap for it via Enchanting.
